The face of the floor at DC's boutique arts workspace.

Full-time On-site Opening this fall Founding role

About Arts1515

Arts1515 is a boutique workspace for DC's creative community, opening this fall on the second floor of 1515 14th Street NW. Seven offices, dedicated desks, a conference room, a bookable pod for meetings and podcasting, and a community lounge. Not a desk-rental operation. A curated third place where artists, founders, and creative professionals feel like they belong.

We are hiring the person who runs the room.

The Role

The Community Manager is the face of Arts1515. You set the tone the moment someone walks in, and you keep the space feeling cultivated, warm, and cared for. You own the daily experience, guide new members from first inquiry to first day, sell memberships through genuine hospitality rather than pressure, and build the partnerships and programming that make the space a hub for DC's arts community.

This is a founding role. You will help open the space and shape how it runs.

What You'll Own

At launch, your focus is the member experience and filling the space:

As the community grows, you take on:

You will run the member software day to day. We will train you on it and set you up before doors open.

Who You Are

We are hiring for instinct and character first, resume second.

Hospitality experience matters more than coworking experience. A background in the arts or a gallery is a plus, not a requirement. Comfort learning new software is a must.
